Sarah Boles, RN, Director of Clinical Operations

Sarah’s nursing and leadership experiences give her a unique and valued perspective on building teams, mentoring and developing other healthcare leaders. Sarah joined One Health Consulting Group in early 2021 – in the midst of the pandemic – and immediately began contributing to and sharpening the operational strength of the business. Her excitement and passion for healthcare drive her to look for new and innovative ways to support strong growth and advance enhanced care models.

After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Sarah was fortunate to begin her nursing career with an exceptional team of caring professionals at Forsyth Medical Center Emergency Department in Winston Salem, NC.

After starting a family, Sarah transferred from ER nursing to family medicine where she has spent most of her career. Sarah’s healthcare career has evolved from working as a provider nurse to clinical supervisor and on to practice manager while working in a family medicine setting. Sarah now serves as the Director of Clinical Operations for One Health Consulting Group.

Priorities in Sarah’s life are faith, family and the friendships that she has developed through the years. She enjoys spending time and traveling with her husband and celebrating her three adult sons and their families. Most important to Sarah, is showing compassion and care by making a positive difference in the lives of others.
