Pam’s clinical leadership experience has given her the ability and opportunity to help improve the functionality of new and existing clinics. She embraces mentoring and developing quality team members to work at the top of their skillsets. Pam’s ultimate goal since joining One Health is to help provide the highest level of patient care.
Originally from New York, Pam moved to Charlotte in 1995. She attended Central Piedmont Community College and received her degree in 1998. Since her graduation, Pam has been working in family medicine.
As a clinical lead, she assisted in facilitating new clinic openings and was responsible for training, supporting and mentoring team members. Pam joined and helped with the start of a new Family Medicine Residency Program in 2015, as a clinical supervisor where she was responsible for clinical operations, leading a clinical team and teaching residents.
Outside of work, Pam enjoys spending time with her husband and son. She loves traveling, spending time on the lake, at the beach, or snow skiing.
